To give you an Idea:
SMALL - Up to 6 Hearts Comfortably
MEDIUM - Up to 8 Hearts Comfortably
LARGE - Up to 15 Hearts Comfortably
ALL ARE DEPENDANT ON DESIGN any problems I would contact you
maximum hearts CAN BE EXCEEDED if first approved by myself please contact me if you need further assistance on this
On a seperate listing (ADD ONS) please feel free to add your beloved DOG/CAT/RABBIT/WINGS FOR A LOVED ONE
- Please ensure all design requirements are listed on your order and add
-Please list colour of the actual tree
-Please list all colours you would like to be used for the leaves or varients of , I also offer multicoloured too
-Please list layout of the named hearts
-Please list desired decoration/varients of (Buttons, Pearls, Sparkles, Flowers)
- Please ensure all names on the order as correctly spelt as this is what information will be used to create your order and if incorrect can be changed but will encur an extra cost to re-do if not on original order correctly
AFTER ORDER IS PLACED:
If possible please do find us on facebook and pop us a personal message this will enable me to get in contact with you about your order for updates with ease, although if this is not possible I would of course keep you updated via your provided number and details.
Once your order is received it will be primed and handpainted in your specifications,
I will then contact you will an assortment of different background options especially selected for your tree
Once you have selected , I will then proceed to decorate, seal and finalise your tree before mounting and will contact you once its all completed for you and ready for delivery/collection
Orders usually take between 7-14days BUT at busy times can take up to 21 days but this is only in extream cases, I always endevour to deliver to you as soon as i possibly can.
Personalised Items are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are all specifically made to order , If there is a problem with the product please do get in touch and i will do everything I can to Resolve the problem for you.
